Entrants must

Limit one
entry per contest. Duplicate entries will be
eliminated.
Contest Closes
at 23:59 on November 30th, 2007.
The winner
will be selected on November 30th, 2007 in a
random drawing.
Odds of winning
depends on the number of entries received.
Acceptance of
the prize constitutes consent to use the winner's
name and and picture for editorial, advertising
and publicity purposes, without further
compensation.
This offer is non-transferable and not redeemable
for cash.
Accommodations must be booked by Feb 1st, 2008 and used by
Dec 1st 2008.
The winner
will be given a choice between 5 resort
locations.
Blackout dates may apply and multiple timeframe
options may be requested.
Employees and immediate family members of Global Resorts
Network and all sponsors, their affiliates and
agencies are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Winner is
responsible for all transportation. Winner is
responsible for all other costs and incidentals.
All expenses not specifically mentioned as being
included are excluded. If travel guest is a minor,
he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian.
All contestants agree that GRN Support and Global
Resorts Network and those involved in the
development, production (including prize
suppliers), implementation and distribution of
this drawing, including their respective parent
companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies
and/or any other person or entity associated with
the drawing shall not be liable for losses or
injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or
use of prizes or participation in the drawing.
All contestants acknowledge that the Sponsor has
neither made nor is in any manner
responsible/liable for any other warranty,
representation or guarantee, express or implied,
in fact of in law, related to any prize.
Contestants, by entering the drawing, agree to be
bound by the above rules and regulations.
